FutureTEC is looking for a highly professional and organized Executive Assistant to directly support our CEO. What You’ll Do:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel with precision and foresight
- Coordinate internal and external communications, including high-level stakeholder engagements
- Prepare executive briefings, reports, presentations, and follow-ups
- Support confidential matters and high-priority initiatives across the organization
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external parties
- Assist with personal logistics where required, while maintaining the highest level of discretion
- Coordinate executive team meetings, agendas, and task tracking
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Executive Secretary, preferably in a CEO or senior leadership support role
- Strong command of English (Arabic is a plus)
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience handling regional/international travel, scheduling, and cross-border coordination
- Ability to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities
