Job Brief
We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Supervisor with a strong background in networking solutions, particularly with leading technology vendors such as Cisco, HPE, Fortinet, Huawei, and others.
In this role, the Presales Supervisor will act as a trusted advisor to both the sales team and Umniah customers, providing expert guidance by conveying industry insights, technical expertise, product knowledge, and BoQ preparation. Through strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, they will support the sales team in cross-selling and up-selling Umniah's business products. Additionally, the Presales Supervisor will serve as a solution architect, customizing business solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design appropriate networking, security, and cloud solutions
- BoQ Development: Create and recommend accurate Bills of Quantities (BoQ) based on customer needs, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives
- Customer Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to customers by analyzing their requirements and proposing the most suitable solutions using Cisco, HPE, Fortinet, and other networking technologies
- Sales Support: Partner with the sales team to drive opportunities by providing technical expertise during the sales process, including customer meetings, presentations, and proposals
- Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and solution demonstrations to customers, explaining complex concepts in a simple and clear manner
- Proposal Writing: Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and documentation to respond to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring the solutions align with customer requirements
- Target Achievement: Support the sales team in achieving business goals by aligning proposed solutions with sales targets
- Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and solutions from Cisco, HPE, Fortinet, as well as trends in security, cloud, connectivity, ICT, and fixed voice services
- Build a compelling and competitive business case and ROI by designing and challenging all costing elements with the concerned parties
- Establish and maintain good relationship with sales, customers and vendors during the presales process
- Create and keep a clear, organized, and solid projects documentation and records

Requirements
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Telecommunications Engineering is preferred or any other related field.
Level of Experience: Intermediate Experience (5-8Yrs) in a related field

- Strong technical knowledge of networking solutions (routing, switching, firewalls) and a deep understanding of network design
- Experience in security, cloud computing, connectivity, ICT, and fixed voice technologies
- Excellent knowledge of telecommunication industry, products, and services
- Ability to create and present high-quality technical proposals and BoQs
- Excellent knowledge of selling techniques: consultative selling, negotiation techniques, deal structuring, persuasion and deal closing, cross and up selling techniques
- Excellent command of proposals writing and techniques
- Excellent command of English language both writing and speaking
