Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Supervisor located in Amman Abu Nusair . The Front Desk Supervisor will oversee daily front desk operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, manage receptionist duties, and maintain proper phone etiquette. The role also involves supervising front desk staff to provide an exceptional customer service experience.
