Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Engineer - ELV Systems at SMART DIRECTIONS. as the following:
- Collaborate with our sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our ELV products and services.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Offer technical support and expertise throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications
- Around 3 years of experience in ELV low current systems.
- Strong technical background in network, Audio Visual, Security, Life-Safety, AV, and Buildings Control Systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
- Smart, hardworking, and proactive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
