Your Role
As a Backend Software Engineer, you will develop and maintain the backend services that power our real-time tracking and automation platforms. You’ll connect shopfloor hardware (RFID scanners, IoT devices, terminals) with our cloud-based SaaS ecosystem and help scale our solutions globally.
Tasks
Build and maintain scalable APIs using Python and FastAPI
Design and optimize database schemas for real-time analytics
Integrate our systems with ERP, PLM, and supply chain platforms
Implement workflow automations, notifications, and escalation logic
Collaborate with frontend, IoT, and data teams on new features
Monitor, debug, and improve system performance and security
Requirements
3+ years backend development experience (SaaS or IoT preferred)
Strong expertise in Python and FastAPI
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
Knowledge of cloud-native architecture (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
Bonus: Experience with IoT integrations, RFID, or manufacturing systems
Strong problem-solving mindset and focus on scalability
English fluency is a must (our internal and client communication is only in English)
