Real Cosmetics opening for a Shop Manager position to join our team
Responsibilities:
• Overseeing daily operations: This means making sure the store runs smoothly day-to-day.
• Managing staff: training, scheduling, and motivating the team.
• Sales and customer service: Driving sales, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and handling any issues.
• Inventory management: Keeping track of stock, ordering new products, and minimizing losses.
• Visual merchandising: Making sure the store looks appealing and products are displayed effectively.
• Meeting sales targets: Working towards and achieving the store's sales goals.
• Maintaining store standards: Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Very good English (written and spoken)
• 5 years of experience as a Shop Manager
• Experience in the "Cosmetics" field
