Job Summary:
As the Account Manager, you will lead efforts to recruit and manage agency partners, onboard content creators, and improve platform engagement and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage partnerships with agencies to recruit content creators.
- Increase the number and income of content creators through strategic initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with agency partners, ensuring alignment with platform goals.
- Gather market insights and analyze trends to inform platform strategies.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance the user and product experience.
Qualifications:
1) Customer service, sales, and client relationship experience are preferred.
2) Good English communication skills.
3) Success in recruiting and managing talent or partners in dynamic environments.
4) Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends.
5) Physical attendance in the office
6) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
