Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Amman for a Corporate Travel Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, consulting clients on travel needs, booking reservations, and providing top-notch customer service. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating travel logistics, ensuring travel plans meet clients’ preferences and budgets, and handling any travel-related issues that arise.
Qualifications
- At least one (1) year of travel consulting and travel management skills.
- Experience in making corporate travel arrangements.
- GDS (Amadeus and/or Galileo Travelport) reservations skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia markets.
- Professional proficiency in English and Arabic languages, other language is a plus.
