Access To Arabi is hiring an experienced Senior Account Manager – IT Solutions to manage high-value clients and drive business growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in IT sales and account management, who can develop and execute strategic sales plans while maintaining top-tier client relationships.
Responsibilities
· Manage and expand relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction.
· Develop account strategies to drive revenue, including identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
· Lead contract negotiations for major IT solutions deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
· Work closely with technical teams, pre-sales engineers, and senior leadership to deliver complex IT solutions.
· Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide consultative solutions.
· Support and mentor junior account managers to enhance team performance overall.
Qualifications
· Minimum 5+ years in IT solutions sales, key account management, or business development.
· Strong expertise in IT solutions, including cloud computing, enterprise software, managed IT services, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with experience in managing large enterprise accounts.
· Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex sales cycles and high-value contracts.
· Ability to develop account growth strategies and contribute to overall business development plans.
· Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
