Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Hostess role at Fame Restaurant in Amman. The Hostess will be responsible for managing reservations, welcoming and seating guests, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The role will also involve maintaining phone etiquette and communicating effectively with patrons.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Experience in managing reservations
- Customer Service expertise
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
