Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Hostess role located in Amman. The Hostess will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, taking reservations, assisting with customer inquiries, maintaining a tidy reception area, and upholding the restaurant's high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication
- Customer Service and Phone Etiquette
- Experience in managing reservations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
