As a sales executive at 7ayyak, you'll be responsible to drive sales and revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential clients who need remote administrative support. The Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with businesses that can benefit from 7ayyak’s Remote Assistant Service. The goal is to help SMEs, entrepreneurs, and busy professionals streamline their operations by providing flexible, cost-effective administrative solutions.

What you'll be doing
Every day is different, but here are some things you’ll take charge of, which are, but not limited to:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outbound sales efforts.
- Generate leads via cold calls, social media outreach, and business directories.
- Qualify prospects by assessing their needs and business potential.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Initiate contact with potential clients and build strong relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Sales & Closing Deals:
- Present and demonstrate products/services to clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
4. Follow-ups & Account Management:
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and past clients to generate new business.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and deals in CRM tools.
- Upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing clients.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay up to date with market trends and competitors.
- Provide feedback on client demands and market needs to improve offerings.
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
7. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with marketing, customer support, and product teams to align sales strategies.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and pain points to refine services/products.
Requirements
Must Have:
- Experience: 1–3 years in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in B2B services.
- Proven ability to generate leads, prospect clients, and close deals.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) for tracking sales activities.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to conduct outbound sales through calls, emails, and networking.
- Experience in consultative selling, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Background in BPO, HR outsourcing, or administrative support services.
- Experience selling to SMEs, startups, or entrepreneurs who need remote assistants.
- Understanding of workflow automation, CRM, and remote team collaboration tools.
- Previous experience in a commission-based or performance-driven sales role.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Experience in cold calling and handling objections effectively.
