Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Legal Counsel located in Amman. The Senior Legal Counsel will be responsible for legal issues, contract negotiation, legal document preparation, providing legal advice, and overseeing all legal aspects of the business on-site.
Qualifications
- Law and Legal Issues expertise
- Strong background in Contract Negotiation
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation
- Ability to provide sound Legal Advice
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of managing legal matters effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in corporate or commercial law preferred
We highly prefer a graduate of a US university. The role is will be involved in business development in addition to providing various legal consultations and review.
