Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to expand our client base and strengthen relationships in the Gulf region, particularly KSA. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the financial and auditing industry, especially with Big 10 firms, and possess exceptional negotiation skills to drive business growth. This role requires frequent
travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
the contract duration will be for 6 months with a possibility for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients within the Gulf region, with a strong focus on KSA
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in Big 10 firms and major financial institutions
- Conduct frequent business trips to meet clients, attend negotiations, and explore new market opportunities
- Conduct high-level negotiations to secure contracts and service agreements
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and ongoing negotiations to ensure deal closure
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in KSA and the Gulf
- Identify emerging business opportunities and provide strategic insights to leadership
- Work with internal teams to align services with market demands
- Travel frequently to attend client meetings, site visits, and industry conferences
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and professional networking events
- Maintain strong engagement with prospective and existing clients through regular interactions
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals, RFPs, and contracts
- Work closely with internal teams to develop service offerings tailored to client needs
- Ensure timely submission of proposals and effective follow-up for successful deal closures
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- have 7 -10 Years of experience in financial and auditing industry, especially with Big 10 firms
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the financial, auditing, or consulting industry
- Strong network and expertise in KSA and the Gulf region, particularly within the Big 10 firms
- Mandatory willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, site visits, and industry events
- Exceptional negotiation and deal-closing skills with a track record of securing high-value contracts
- Ability to prepare persuasive proposals and deliver impactful presentations
- Excellent relationship-building skills with corporate clients and industry professionals
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Strong understanding of outsourcing, project-based work, and consultancy services
