Corelab Studio is a lagree studio (fitness) dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for our clients. We pride ourselves on professionalism, community, and creating a welcoming environment. We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused receptionist to join our team and ensure the studio runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Management:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service both in-person and online.
- Manage incoming client requests and questions via phone, email, or in-person inquiries.
- Assist clients with bookings, class registrations, and resolving portal-related issues.
2. Class Portal Management:
- Maintain the class management portal, including adding credits and referral points for clients.
- Responsible for communicating to clients any cancellations or changes to the schedule.
- Provide clients with timely updates regarding new classes or special events.
3. Inventory Oversight:
- Oversee studio inventory, including towels, soaps, cleaning supplies, and other essentials.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and coordinate reordering to ensure supplies are always stocked.
- Organize and maintain storage areas for easy accessibility.
4. Studio Operations:
- Ensure the studio is running smoothly, maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional environment.
- Confirm all staff, including instructors and cleaners, arrive on time and are prepared for their duties.
- Monitor the cleanliness of the studio, ensuring all areas are tidy and meet CoreLab’s standards.
5. General Administrative Duties:
- Provide support to the Studio Director as needed.
- Help organize and execute studio events or promotions.
- Assist with basic reporting or data entry tasks such as sharing invoices with accountant, etc.
Qualifications and Skills
Customer Service Skills: Warm, approachable, and able to handle client concerns effectively.Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.Tech-Savvy: Willingness to learn new tools quickly.Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying and resolving operational or client-related issues.Team Player: Cooperative and supportive, ensuring smooth coordination with instructors and other staff.Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and able to represent CoreLab’s brand ethos.Having a background in operations and/or accounting and/or customer service is a plus.
Requirements
Fluent in English and Arabic.
