Job description:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticketing Sales Executive to join our team. If you’re passionate about helping clients plan smooth travel experiences and have the talent for managing travel arrangements efficiently, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Book and issue airline tickets and other travel services.
- Manage booking changes, cancellations, and updates while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Provide professional and timely support to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Handle payment processing, refunds, and other financial transactions accurately.
- Ensure high-quality service by promptly addressing customer requests.
- Stay updated on the latest travel products, industry trends, and promotions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Ticketing Agent or in a similar travel-related role.
· Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
· Proficient in Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
· Excellent communication and customer service skills with a client-first approach.
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
· High school diploma required; additional certification in travel or tourism is a plus.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
