Job Title: Studio Supervisor – Part-Time
Location: Studio B, Amman
Hours: Based on bookings (Flexible Schedule)
About The Role:
Studio B is looking for a thoughtful, organized, and people-oriented Studio Supervisor to join our part-time team. You’ll be the face of the space—welcoming clients, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure the studio always feels ready, calm, and cared for. This role is ideal for someone who’s independent, naturally hospitable, and thrives in a calm yet creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee studio bookings: welcome clients, handle check-ins/outs, and support them during their sessions
- Create a warm, professional, and supportive atmosphere for all visitors
- Keep the space clean, organized, and prepped before and after each booking
- Be on top of supplies, studio needs, and small fixes—reporting when anything’s off
- Troubleshoot and respond to client requests on the spot
- Maintain Studio B’s reputation as an easy, safe, and inspiring space to create
You're a great fit if you...
- are a recent or fresh graduate (any field—hospitality is a bonus)
- love creating good energy and know how to make people feel welcome
- are reliable, proactive, and can handle responsibility solo
- have good organizational and confrontational skills
- are comfortable adapting to a flexible schedule
- have experience in customer service, event spaces, or creative environments
