Job Description
We are looking for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about technology and the clients they serve. Purchasing & sales account managers will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts. Striving to find the products that best fit the individual needs of the client. They also aid internal departments by collecting information, such as sales leads or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints, and identifying industry trends.
To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with vendors and customers.
Buying Duties
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key international suppliers
- Price negotiations
- Pricing analysis, comparison using Excel and other methods
- Acting as the main point of contact between suppliers and internal teams
- Analyze market and pricing trends
- Use Excel and various CRM systems to update suppliers' databases
Sales Duties
- Developing and sustaining relationships with key international customers
- Acting as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams
- Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions
- Use Excel and various CRM systems to update customer databases
- Work with the purchasing teams to offer the most competitive pricing to assigned accounts
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business administration, finance, sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, call centers, sales, marketing, or related fields.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
- Excellent English communication skills, reading, writing, and speaking.
- The ability to build rapport with key clients and suppliers.
- The ability to handle multiple client / vendors accounts.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Moderate to advanced Microsoft Office skills. especially Excel.
Work Hours
Our suppliers and customers are located in a different time zone than Jordan, therefore, applicants must be able to work evening shift:
- Ability to work afternoon shift 3:00 PM -12:00 PM
- Must be able to work 6 days a week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Sunday: OFF

Salary Expectations
