Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
We are seeking an accomplished and commercially oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and oversee the financial operations of a well-established organization operating within a dynamic and growth-oriented business environment.
The successful candidate will serve as a strategic business partner to executive leadership, driving financial performance, strengthening governance frameworks, optimizing capital allocation, and supporting sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's financial strategy in alignment with its overall business objectives.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
- Oversee financial reporting, accounting, cash flow management, treasury, and working capital optimization.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making and business expansion.
- Establish and strengthen financial controls, risk management frameworks, and corporate governance practices.
- Monitor financial performance, profitability, cost efficiency, and key financial indicators across business operations.
- Oversee funding strategies, banking relationships, liquidity management, and capital expenditure planning.
- Lead the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Drive financial process improvements, operational efficiency, and the development of high-performing finance teams.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and relevant stakeholders on strategic initiatives, investments, and business transformation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; a master's degree or relevant professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is preferred.
- Extensive progressive experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably within complex, multi-business, or multi-entity organizations.
- Demonstrated experience in financial strategy, corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial governance.
- Strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
- Experience partnering with C-suite executives and contributing to strategic business decisions.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of developing and managing effective finance teams.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
