Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Finance Manager to lead the company's financial operations, oversee financial planning and reporting, and support strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, risk management, and ensuring the company's financial objectives are achieved.
Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and manage the company's financial operations and projects. Estimate financial requirements to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives. Prepare financial statements and reports, oversee monthly closing, and develop financial forecasts. Develop, monitor, and manage budgets and financial plans. Optimize the company's capital structure by balancing equity and debt to reduce costs and improve profitability. Develop financing strategies and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions. Evaluate investment opportunities and asset performance to maximize returns. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic financial reports. Evaluate the company's financial performance and measure return on investment (ROI). Identify, assess, and manage financial risks. Ensure the accuracy of financial records and compliance with applicable accounting standards and financial regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (mandatory). CPA certification (mandatory). At least 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager (mandatory). Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Excellent financial analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and financial reporting skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and financial planning and analysis software.
