Responsibilities
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (Desktop, Service), including report building, dashboard creation, DAX, and Power Query.
- Implement best practices in dashboard design to ensure intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Develop dynamic, real-time reports with data from healthcare-related sources (e.g., EHR, hospital management systems, patient care data).
- Strong knowledge of SQL, including writing complex queries and performance optimization for large healthcare datasets.
- Experience with Azure Cloud tools (Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics).
- Familiarity with Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, and other analytics tools within the Azure ecosystem.
- Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that address the specific needs of healthcare organizations.
Experience working in a healthcare analytics role or exposure to healthcare KPIs such as patient outcomes, hospital admissions, patient care metrics, and clinical data analytics
