We Are Hiring: Business Development Officer
Kawader For Recruitment is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Officer to join our team in Amman, Jordan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience or knowledge in lead generation.
- Ability to conduct cold calls and approach potential clients.
- Ability to arrange and conduct meetings with clients.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, recruitment, or a related field is a plus.
