About The Role
Abu Khader Group is looking for an organized Supply Chain Officer to manage vehicle ordering and delivery operations, ensuring vehicles reach customers on time and according to their specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Place vehicle orders based on specifications from retail, fleet, and traders departments.
- Coordinate vehicle logistics, monitor shipment tracking, and handle incidents from Aqaba Port to the bonded storage area.
- Review sales contracts and files, ensure they are complete and signed, and obtain management approvals.
- Prepare release letters, bank letters, delivery forms, warranty, and maintenance agreements.
- Submit daily customs transactions, car transfer, and pre-delivery inspection requests.
- Issue insurance policies and process company car and marine insurance claims.
- Submit vehicle support documents on time to reimburse incentives.
- Update stock locations daily and ensure monthly stock counts.
- Follow up with Sales, Service Centre, and drivers to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain log sheets on sold cars and daily clearing and licensing transactions.
- Handle Autoline system procedures and prepare sales reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or a related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of planning, logistics, and the automotive market.
- Excellent English and Arabic, written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
