Weβre looking for experienced customer-service professionals who know how to communicate with confidence, take ownership, solve complex requests, and make every guest interaction feel genuinely premium.
π Location: Amman, Jordan β University Street
π° Gross Monthly Salary: JOD 700β900, based on relevant experience and assessment results

You might be the right fit if you have:
π Previous Contact Centre / Customer Service experience
π Fluent Arabic and strong spoken English β C1 level
π A clear, confident and professional voice
π Excellent listening and communication skills
π Strong ownership, empathy and problem-solving abilities
π Confidence in handling demanding and high-value guests professionally
π Experience in aviation, hospitality, banking or premium customer service is a strong advantage
