The Gate Physical Therapy is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our team and help strengthen our brand, digital presence and growth.

As The Gate continues to grow, we’re looking for someone who can translate our expertise and personality into a strong and recognizable digital presence.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and manage our social media presence and monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging Arabic and English content, including posts, Reels, stories, photography, videos, and campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads to increase awareness, generate qualified leads, and support patient acquisition.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity, tone of voice, and visual direction across digital channels.
- Monitor engagement, trends, audience behavior, and identify new digital growth opportunities.
- Support SEO, website content, landing pages, targeting, and retargeting activities.
- Track marketing performance, including reach, engagement, leads, conversions, cost per lead, and campaign results, and provide regular insights to management.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong content creation and short-form video/Reels skills.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of lead generation, analytics, SEO, and digital advertising.
- Strong Arabic and English communication and copywriting skills.
- A creative, organized, and results-oriented mindset.
- Healthcare, wellness, fitness, or lifestyle experience is a plus.
