We’re Hiring | Digital Marketing Specialist
Imperial Real Estate Development is looking for a skilled, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Amman – Airport Road.
Experience: 2–4 years in digital marketing, with a strong background in paid advertising, campaign management, audience targeting, lead generation, and good knowledge of website management, domain registration, and hosting services.
Availability: Immediate joining preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across social media and other digital platforms.
- Develop effective audience targeting strategies to reach potential customers and generate high-quality leads.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize advertising campaigns to achieve excellent results and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Manage social media advertising accounts and advertising budgets.
- Generate qualified leads and support the company’s marketing and sales objectives.
- Manage and maintain the company’s website, domain, and hosting services.
- Work with WordPress to update, maintain, and optimize website content and functionality.
- Utilize AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, content creation, and campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising strategies, and platform updates.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing and paid advertising.
- Strong background in social media marketing, campaign management, audience targeting, and lead generation.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent advertising results and generate quality leads.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and other advertising platforms.
- Good knowledge of website management, domain registration, and hosting services.
- Experience with WordPress is required.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven personality.
- Ability to join immediately is preferred.
