Asset & Warehouse Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Asset & Warehouse Specialist to manage and control company assets, inventory, and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Asset Registration
- Maintain and update the asset register.
- Ensure proper asset tagging, identification, classification, and location records.
- Maintain asset documents, warranties, manuals, and certificates.
- Conduct physical asset verification and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Finance, Maintenance, Projects, and Operations.
2. Inventory Management
- Manage spare parts, consumables, tools, and materials.
- Control receiving, issuing, transfers, returns, and stock adjustments.
- Maintain accurate physical and system stock records.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Support spare parts forecasting and procurement planning.
- Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Monitor obsolete, damaged, expired, and surplus materials.
3. Warehouse Management
- Manage daily warehouse receiving, storage, and issuing activities.
- Ensure proper labeling, identification, and storage of materials.
- Maintain organized warehouse records and documentation.
- Control tools and equipment issued to maintenance teams.
- Optimize warehouse space and stock organization.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse and inventory procedures.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Asset Management, Inventory Management, or Warehouse Management.
- Experience with CMMS, ERP, or Asset Management systems.
- Good knowledge of asset registration and lifecycle management.
- Strong inventory and warehouse control skills.
- Good communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
