Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
- Experience creating social media designs, digital ads, branding materials, and marketing visuals
- Good understanding of typography, colors, layouts, and visual composition
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing
- Familiarity with AI design and content-generation tools
- Ability to turn ideas and briefs into creative visual concepts
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and consistency with brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Strong foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with an understanding of visual hierarchy and layout.
- Ability to create and refine Logo Design and Branding elements that align with company and client identities.
- Good grasp of Typography, including font selection, spacing, and readability for digital and print media.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma or similar).
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work, even at an academic or internship level.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and willingness to learn from feedback.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
