We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Jordan Supply Chain organization, including Quotes & Pricing, Procurement, Logistics, and Inventory Management.
This role is ideal for an experienced people leader who can manage multiple departments simultaneously, develop high-performing teams, negotiate effectively with suppliers, and continuously improve operational performance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and develop a multi-functional organization of approximately 20–30 employees
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and retain high-performing team members
- Establish performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability
- Conduct regular performance reviews and employee development planning
- Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and customer focus
- Coordinate priorities across multiple departments to meet business objectives
Quotes & Pricing
- Manage the quoting and pricing function to ensure timely, accurate, and competitive quotations
- Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability
- Review margin performance and pricing trends
- Support complex customer quotations and escalation requests
- Standardize pricing processes and improve quoting efficiency
Procurement & Supplier Management
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and supply agreements
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Evaluate supplier performance using quality, delivery, cost, and responsiveness metrics
- Resolve supply disruptions and implement corrective actions
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and supply chain improvements
Logistics & Inventory Management
- Oversee international and domestic logistics operations
- Ensure timely movement of materials and customer shipments
- Optimize inventory levels while maintaining customer service
- Improve inventory accuracy and inventory turns
- Monitor freight costs and transportation performance
- Develop contingency plans for supply interruptions
Operational Excellence
- Establish KPIs and monitor department performance
- Drive process improvements using data and metrics
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance
- Develop standard operating procedures and best practices
- Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives
