As Zanjabeel continues its exciting growth journey, we’re looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to join our leadership team.
With 4 successful branches and an ambitious expansion plan to 6 branches across Jordan and Saudi Arabia, we’re seeking a leader who is passionate about operational excellence, team development, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee daily operations across all branches.
• Build and develop high-performing teams.
• Ensure consistent quality, service, and operational standards.
• Drive profitability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Support the successful launch and operation of new branches.
What We’re Looking For:
•Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
•Strong leadership and people management skills.
•Experience managing multiple branches.
•Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
•Willingness to travel when required.
