Job Summary
Working closely with the Production Team members to handle submissions received from cedants and send them to reinsurers to fill placement sheets, policy binding and closing under the supervision and approval of the Production Team.
Job Duties
- Assist Insurers (Clients) with their reinsurance needs and requirements.
- Liaise with reinsurers/brokers to source appropriate reinsurance coverage.
- Maintain and manage client accounts, ensuring accurate records in terms of endorsements,
renewals, cancellation.
- Provide administrative support to the production team.
- Achieve individual and team production targets.
- Contact clients and reinsurers to foster relationships.
- Represent the company at market visits and conferences if required.
- Perform any other task as requested by the management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in BA/Risk Management, or a related field.
