About the Role:
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will support the Accounts Receivable function by monitoring customer accounts, tracking outstanding balances, following up on overdue payments, and ensuring accurate reconciliation and recording of customer transactions. The role will contribute to maintaining healthy cash flow, resolving payment discrepancies, and supporting effective collection activities and financial reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounting, or Finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Knowledge of accounts receivable and collection procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong customer focus and follow up skills.
- Strong command of English.
- Own car required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding and overdue payments.
- Reconcile accounts receivable balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer transactions.
- Communicate with customers regarding overdue invoices and payment arrangements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to resolve account related issues.
- Support accurate financial reporting and cash flow management.
