Job Purpose
The AMS Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, and promoting ATM managed services and ATM-related solutions. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting the company’s business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients, particularly banks and financial institutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ATM managed services and ATM solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
- Coordinate with operations, technical, and project teams to ensure successful service delivery.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address client concerns in a timely manner.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account plans.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Support the launch and expansion of White Label ATM and other ATM-related initiatives.
