About the Company:
Sukljian Trading & Marketing Co. is a leading FMCG distribution company in Jordan, representing and distributing top international brands in food, beverages, personal care, and household products. With a strong presence across all trade channels and traditional trade, we are now actively expanding into the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, and Catering). Our goal is to build long-term partnerships and create a strong presence for our products in this high-potential channel.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned HORECA accounts.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HORECA sector.
Promote the company’s product portfolio, ensuring proper brand representation and product availability.
2. Account Management
Maintain and grow existing customer relationships by providing excellent service and regular follow-ups.
Negotiate pricing, promotions, and contract terms within company guidelines.
Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collections and resolve payment issues in coordination with the finance department.
3. Market Development
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to recommend strategies for increasing sales.
Plan and execute promotional activities to boost product visibility and trial within HORECA outlets.
4. Operational Excellence
Ensure accurate and timely order processing and delivery coordination.
Monitor product freshness, shelf life, and merchandising standards in client locations.
Handle customer complaints efficiently, ensuring resolution within company guidelines.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Submit daily sales reports, visit schedules, and account updates to the Sales Supervisor/Manager.
Maintain accurate customer records and activity logs in CRM or reporting systems.
Qualifications & Experience:
1- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
2- 2–4 years’ experience in FMCG sales - HORECA sector.
3- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4- Knowledge of HORECA market dynamics and customer decision-making processes.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
