Customer Support Representative (Full-Time)
We are hiring on behalf on one of our clients a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Representative. This is a full-time, office-based role for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and providing professional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through website chat, social media platforms, and phone calls
- Provide timely, professional, and helpful assistance to customers
- Address customer concerns and questions while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Follow up on customer requests and provide accurate information regarding the clients' products and services
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work within rotating shifts, including 2–3 overlapping schedules
- Full-time availability and commitment to working from the office at all times, including Fridays (no remote work)
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position
- 2 days off per week
- Rotating shifts based on business needs
