✨Job Overview
We are seeking an exceptionally proactive, self-driven Accountant with 3–5 years of experience to take full ownership of our financial management. In this role, you will independently manage Zoho Books, ZATCA tax portals, utility payments, and GOSI compliance, leveraging modern AI tools to streamline financial operations and maximize accuracy.

✨Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage the daily, weekly, and monthly accounting cycles without needing reminders or constant supervision.
- Maintain pristine financial records, ledgers, and accounts using Zoho Books.
- Independently manage filings, declarations, and compliance via the ZATCA portal in strict accordance with Saudi regulations.
- Take full charge of monthly payroll processing, including registrations, updates, and timely compliance payments through the GOSI portal.
- Take the initiative to ensure timely payment of company electricity/utility bills and corporate expenses well before deadlines.
- Proactively monitor accounts receivable, issue statements, and execute firm yet professional collection follow-up calls to resolve aging invoices and maximize healthy cash flow.
- Actively utilize modern AI tools (e.g., automated data extraction, AI-driven Excel/Zoho features) to optimize workflows, eliminate manual errors, and elevate financial reporting.
✨Requirements & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of solid, hands-on experience in accounting within Saudi Arabia.
- A proven track record of working independently, driving tasks to completion, and solving problems without waiting for direction (high level of ownership).
- Deep proficiency in Zoho Books, the ZATCA portal, and the GOSI portal is a strict, non-negotiable requirement.
- Sound understanding of Saudi financial regulations, VAT, Zakat, and labor/social security laws.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to automate routine accounting tasks and analyze financial data efficiently.
