We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager (K-12 EdTech)
We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join our growing team and lead our expansion in the K-12 education sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new B2B opportunities, building strong relationships with schools and education leaders, and driving revenue growth across new markets. You will also collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and internal teams to ensure strong alignment between customer needs and our solutions.
A key part of this role is also to support, guide, and lead existing business development team members, ensuring alignment, strong execution, and that all team members are enabled to achieve their individual targets and KPIs.
What you’ll do:
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth in the K-12 sector
- Build and manage relationships with schools and educational institutions
- Lead product demos, presentations, and commercial negotiations
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market reach
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Support, coach, and align business development team members to achieve targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen go-to-market execution
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in business development or sales leadership
- Strong background in EdTech or K-12 education sector (preferred)
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM systems and structured sales processes
- Ability to lead teams and ensure consistent performance against KPIs
