Job Location: Doha, Qatar
Purpose of the Role
To support and execute the company's commercial and business development activities under management direction, including client development, supplier coordination, market visits, commercial reporting, and operational follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and follow up new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with HoReCa clients and suppliers
- Conduct market visits and customer follow-up
- Support sales activities and quotation follow-up
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
- Assist in sourcing new products and commercial opportunities
- Support daily commercial operations and business activities
- Assist management in special projects and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- 3–8 years of experience in commercial coordination, business development, sales support, food logistics, foodservice, or FMCG industries.
- Previous, foodservice, FMCG, or food distribution experience is mandatory.
- Excellent Arabic communication skills
- Good English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups
