Key Responsibilities
• Manage customer communications across social media platforms and messaging channels, including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Respond to comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Follow up on customer requests and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate responses.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistency in messaging and communication goals.
• Support the execution and monitoring of social media activities and paid campaigns.
• Monitor audience engagement and maintain positive interactions across digital platforms.
• Prepare regular performance summaries and reports related to social media engagement and communication performance.
• Perform any other related tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
· Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management.
· Excellent Arabic and English communication and writing skills.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
