PARTT Agency is looking for a Social Media Moderator to join our growing marketing team!
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can manage online interactions, engage with audiences, and maintain a professional brand presence across multiple social media accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms.
- Manage daily interactions on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain each brand’s tone of voice and communication guidelines.
- Coordinate with Account Managers and internal teams to resolve customer inquiries.
- Track customer feedback and prepare regular moderation reports.
- Ensure timely responses and maintain high engagement levels.
- Support multiple client accounts within a fast-paced marketing agency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in social media moderation or customer service, preferably within a marketing agency.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
