Role Summary:
The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting financial planning and analysis activities by preparing budgets, conducting costing analysis, evaluating feasibility studies, and providing financial insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Conduct costing analysis and monitor product profitability.
- Prepare feasibility studies for new projects, investments, and business opportunities.
- Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and business improvement.
- Develop financial models and reports to support management decision-making.
- Prepare periodic financial reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and KPIs using Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and recommendations.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CMA certification is mandatory.
- 4-5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Planning, Costing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Budgeting, Costing, and Feasibility Studies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong experience in Power BI and data visualization tools.
- Excellent command of English language (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing companies is preferred.
