Job Summary
Al Bustanji Motors is looking for a detail-oriented Sales Admin to support Lynk & Co. The role is responsible for handling sales administration, documentation, coordination, system updates, and supporting the sales team to ensure a smooth customer and vehicle delivery process.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Lynk & Co sales team with all administrative tasks.
- Prepare and follow up on sales documents, customer files, invoices, contracts, and delivery paperwork.
- Coordinate with finance, registration, logistics, warehouse, and after-sales teams.
- Update sales reports, vehicle status, customer records, and CRM/system data.
- Track vehicle availability, reservations, payments, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure all customer files are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal procedures.
- Follow up on pending approvals, documents, and internal requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the brand manager and sales team.
Requirements
- Automotive experience is mandatory.
- Previous experience as Sales Admin, Sales Coordinator, Showroom Admin, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes, vehicle registration, invoicing, and delivery documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and system/data entry skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and support multiple sales transactions at the same time.
- Organized, professional, and reliable.
