About the Role
We're looking for a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator + Content Creator to join the Sharif Eye Center family. In this dual role position, you will oversee and execute marketing efforts across our three branches in Amman, Zarqa, and Dubai. ensuring a consistent, professional, and engaging brand presence that reflects the quality of care we provide to every patient.

What You'll Do
Content Creation
• Develop engaging content in Arabic and English for social media, email campaigns, the website, and patient-facing materials
• Shoot, edit, and publish short-form video and photo content tailored to each branch and market (Reels, TikToks, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms and all three locations
• Build and manage a content calendar that accounts for the unique needs and audiences of Amman, Zarqa, and Dubai
• Create educational and awareness content related to eye health and Sharif Eye Center's services
Marketing Coordination
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across the Amman, Zarqa, and Dubai branches, adapting messaging for each local audience
• Coordinate with branch managers and clinic staff at all three locations to align on promotions, events, and announcements
• Track and report on key marketing KPIs, social engagement, reach, lead gen, and appointment bookings per branch
• Support the planning of health awareness events, community initiatives, and seasonal campaigns
• Manage marketing assets, files, and project timelines across all three branches
What We're Looking For
• 2–4 years of experience in a marketing, content, or communications role (healthcare or clinic experience is a strong plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English (bilingual is a must)
• Proven ability to manage multiple markets or locations simultaneously
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, or similar)
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable design tools
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and paid social advertising (Meta Ads Manager)
• Understanding of the Jordanian and UAE markets and regional consumer behavior
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage priorities across multiple branches
Bonus Points For:
• Experience in healthcare or medical marketing
• Arabic SEO knowledge
• Working knowledge of Google Ads or Meta Ads
• Prior experience coordinating across multi-city or multi-country teams
