. Provide accurate information about services and procedures
. Maintain proper documentation of calls and patient interactions

Requirements:
. Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or similar role
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
. Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
. Familiarity with healthcare systems is a plus
