Role Description
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team full-time on-site in Amman.
In this role, you will:
- Create high-impact visuals for digital campaigns, social media, and branding
- Design logos, brand identities, and marketing materials
- Ensure strong typography, layout, and visual consistency across all projects
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align design with strategy and performance goals
- Follow brand guidelines while also contributing creative ideas
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation
- Use modern tools, including AI-powered design tools, to enhance creativity and efficiency
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Suite or similar)
- Proven experience in branding, logo design, and visual identity
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, and composition
- Experience using AI tools in design workflows (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe AI tools, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- Knowledge of digital marketing or web design principles is a plus
