Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm, friendly, and professional approach.
- Manage reservations, bookings, and scheduling for recreation activities and spa services efficiently.
- Provide guests with accurate information regarding recreational facilities, activities, programs, and hotel services.
- Maintain up-to-date guest profiles, booking records, and attendance documentation.
- Handle payments, billing, and cash transactions in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate closely with the Recreation & Spa team to ensure seamless daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure the reception area and recreation facilities are consistently clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Promote hotel facilities, memberships, promotions, and wellness packages to maximize guest engagement and revenue opportunities.
- Adhere to all hotel health, safety, hygiene, and security standards and procedures.
