Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Account Manager to join our Marketing team in Amman. This role is responsible for managing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across social media and remarketing channels.
The ideal candidate will ensure campaigns are launched effectively, performance is continuously monitored, and insights are leveraged to maximize ROI. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Execute and optimize remarketing campaigns, including Email and WhatsApp communications
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to generate actionable insights
- Track and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient spend allocation
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging, goal-oriented content
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or campaign management
- Proven experience in managing social media campaigns and remarketing strategies
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret campaign data
- Good budget management and organizational skills
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
