Position Purpose
Support the development and implementation of public relations and communication activities by enhancing the organization’s image, strengthening relationships with media and stakeholders, and managing digital presence through engaging content and effective social media strategies.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Public Relations and Communications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and key partners.
- Prepare press releases, media reports, and official communication materials.
- Organize events, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and public perception.
- Represent the organization at official events when required.
2. Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across relevant platforms.
- Develop and implement social media plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Monitor interactions (comments and messages) and respond professionally.
- Prepare periodic performance and engagement reports.
3. Content Development
- Develop and write professional content in both Arabic and English.
- Create engaging posts and captions aligned with the organization’s identity.
- Generate ideas for digital campaigns and awareness initiatives.
- Contribute to updating and improving website content.
4. Visual Content and Media Production
- Shoot and produce short-form videos and creative digital content (e.g., Reels).
- Develop basic scripts and concepts for visual materials.
- Coordinate with internal or external teams for design and production.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with brand identity and quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Media, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in public relations, communications, or social media management.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Social media management and digital planning skills.
- Content writing and creative thinking abilities.
- Basic skills in photography and video production.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
- Awareness of social media trends and digital engagement strategies.
- Strong digital literacy skills.
