We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn, take initiative, and get hands-on experience across multiple brands, departments, and projects rather than staying in just one area.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and curious Junior Product & Operations Coordinator to support product development, costing, launches and day-to-day operational projects across multiple F&B brands and concepts.
This is a hands-on junior role working closely with the Head of Product & Operations. You will help turn ideas into action by researching, organizing, following up, documenting, costing and coordinating between different teams.
The role suits someone early in their career who wants broad exposure to how F&B products are developed and brought to market.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain product development and launch trackers.
- Coordinate tastings, product trials, samples and follow-ups.
- Document tasting feedback, decisions and next steps.
- Follow up with R&D, Central Kitchen, Operations, Marketing and Procurement.
- Help ensure recipes, portion sizes, yields and SOPs are properly documented.
- Build and update recipe costing sheets.
- Gather ingredient and packaging prices and compare supplier quotations.
- Calculate recipe costs, portion costs and basic food-cost percentages.
- Research products, ingredients, competitors, suppliers and new ideas.
- Contact suppliers for pricing, samples and availability.
- Support product launches and make sure key tasks are completed on time.
- Visit kitchens, branches and suppliers when needed.
- Prepare simple reports, trackers, checklists and project summaries.
- Help with any practical day-to-day tasks needed to keep projects moving.
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proactive and good at following up.
- Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets and basic numbers.
- Strong research and problem-solving skills.
- Interested in food, products and F&B businesses.
- Clear communicator who is comfortable working with different teams.
- Resourceful and willing to figure things out independently.
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and small details.
- Reliable and willing to handle both exciting and repetitive work.
Experience
This is an entry-level role.
We are open to:
- Fresh graduates.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience.
- Final-year students with suitable availability.
- Candidates from business, hospitality, F&B, operations, marketing, entrepreneurship or related backgrounds.
Previous F&B experience is useful but not required.
Experience running a small business, university project, pop-up, event, online store or personal project is a strong advantage.
Growth
The role offers exposure to product development, R&D, costing, procurement, operations, marketing and launches, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility as you grow.
