We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our HR team.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding)
- Post vacancies on job portals and LinkedIn
- Conduct HR screening calls and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports
- Support onboarding and offer preparation processes
- Manage ATS updates and maintain accurate candidate records
✅ Requirements
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and ATS systems
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies
- Good English communication skills

- IT recruitment experience is a plus.
