We are looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in managing client relationships, driving sales activities, and ensuring customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow client accounts to ensure long-term success and satisfaction
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and the company
- Build strong relationships and maintain regular communication with clients
- Support clients while managing day-to-day sales activities
- Identify and develop new business and sales opportunities
- Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Supervise and support sales representatives to drive performance and results
- Prepare reports on accounts, transactions, and performance metrics
- Track account targets and ensure they are achieved
- Monitor sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Ensure all tasks are carried out in line with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Fresh graduates up to 1 year of experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or a client-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, detail oriented, and problem solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
